lol Bb, the new version accepts my user and pass, but it presents me with another error, saying somthing like the service might have blocked this tool. Maybe its my comp, i think it should work normally on another comp.

I have downloaded the gmail drive when i try to log on i always get a "An error occured: Login failed, Login failure, Unknown user or bad password. I am absolutely sure my user and pass are right, because i have double checked on gmail.com and have logged in...any ideas of what i did wrong? And...

Umm is there a program, where i can send the keylogger to victim without them knowing and keylog them? Like disguise the file with a different name, when he or she opens it nothing happens and they get infected. Or is that a trojan?

Waiting for response for problem...(your questions dont really have anything to do with my problem). And this is spyware, it has not affected my files. So backup is not needed. This is just a simple issue of spyware removal.

deleting in safe mode does not work, yes i have a firewall. this is a complicated piece of spyware...harder to extract then you think...
