Re: john to mudusa

465 is their ssl port. 587 is non-ssl. I can never connect to them without ssl. I'll try it though. I wish I could figure out how to pipe John into hydra. I like hydra much more than madusa. Hydra even has a gui but it needs a text file for passwords. I think with cli I might be able to pass the pas...

When I really need to be safe I have a huge wireless antenna that reaches about a mile away with a semi strong signal. I'll use that to get a wireless far away. I use a specific laptop with no personal info, pictures, accounts, nothing linked on it. I will change my mac. Cover my camera on it. Use t...

server cables

If you work on a server make sure you cut you fucking cables to length and run them along the side!! Nothing worse than going into a server room and the previous person doesn't know what cable management is!!! I hate that. I get paid more but still.

Re: server to practice on ?

the link BB posted is some fantastic software. i would definitely recommend that one. i have also used the site cats gave. they have a good forum to reference but i think the installed software from BB has even more stuff. they have a tone of videos on it. plus you can do more and its more plausible.
