no you cant connect to a friends computer through nestat.. that just list all the activity on ur ports.. you could possibly connect using telnet if the guy running 95 lol.. and a dynamic ip is a ip that subject to change and static ip is your computer is subject to one ip address.. which is subficie...

btw mx1.hotmail.com is not a valid smtp server anymore i dont think.. they must of changed servers, to find an smtp server.. just find a domain name and check port 25, to find a domain name for any website, host, etc.. you can use neotrace and find the server names..

I believe msn gives you a server address more less then the user ip, i think if your talking to someone on msn.. you need to create a direct connection by this sending them a file and while dl it go use netstat in console :) just got on this website today, first post :P
