I have used random programs in the past to monitor various processes and port connections but they didn't meet my needs. I want ...

Re: Firefox freaking out

It is probably a combination of retarded Win7 firewall and AVG anti virus.

I made it access suck-o anyway, so i dont really know how to reverse what i did. I wouldn't worry about it unless more people have that issue... Glad to know suck-o didnt get a virus lolz.

Firefox freaking out

My Firefox just reported suck-o as a dangerous site... i had to add it as an exception. Windows 7 firewall freaked out too.

Is this old news or is something going on...

Or is it just me.

Re: Sandboxing

Thanks for the link. Had to skip the first 8 minutes... it was painful to watch, but they did a good job comparing the programs later on.

Judging by the video, Sandboxie is definitely something i want to experiment with.

Sandboxing

Today i read about this term 'sandboxing' for the first time. I guess its a term for isolating a running code and not letting it do any changes outside a specified area. Do you guys use this method. I assume its a program. Google search gave me a program called 'sandboxie'. I am trying to run a piec...

Any other free programs you can recommend?

Just an update: I successfully build my PC. This was the first time for me so it was a lot of fun. One issue i noticed was that the video card took some effort to install. It was so large that it could hardly fit. On top of that, the power supply connections for the card were on its side, making it ...
