Next time you have a problem, id say don't be afraid of the BIOS, just press esc, del or w/e it is on your pc, look around and learn, remember that you can allways leave the BIOS without saving the settings

To be honest i think the best thing you can do is buy a new account (guessing it's about cs), it only costs 15€. You could allways contact steam, since they gave you the ban but chances are near to 0 you'll get unbanned because they've probobly heard the "i've been hacked" story thousands ...
