Wordpress Domain Administration?

Greetings all,

After reading the Wordpress Domain Management instructions (link below):

and attempting to follow the instructions, I am at a halt at step number two because It says that there is a Domain Administration link after you do step number one but there is no Domain Administration button.

My domain has been purchased through WordPress and I am trying to transfer my domain name to a different registrar.

Any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you.

I am not sure why wordpress cares about your Domain? I always thought wordpress was a website framework not a server. Hum am I off here or is this new?

Wordpress.org is the framework then Wordpress.com offers other features ie domain registration etc
