The filters used to tag people as suspicious show that visiting websites like Linux Journal would make you a terrorist... because Al-Qaeda really gives a shit about linux right???

Well, the NSA did mention that they hold users of ToR are held to a high scrutiny, but that doesn't mean they are being labeled as terrorist, or extremest... it seems just a way of parsing data to me.

yeah...using tor is pretty much like arriving at the airport from a flight from Bogota.....doesn't mean you're Tony Montana but you're still categorized as "more suspicious" than travelers from classic tourist locations.
Re: Do you use linux? You might be a terrorist!
that wasn't a real leak, it was taken from a training book and papers , proof? here

If the NSA didn't publicly publish the information themselves then by definition it is a leak. The problem is that its not clear who leaked it.scatter wrote:that wasn't a real leak, it was taken from a training book and papers , proof? here

Re: Do you use linux? You might be a terrorist!
what I meant with leak is the fact its not from an operational work , just studies book used by NSA which makes a big difference if we see how each (operational code or study case code ) affect the situation and yup there is a 2nd person getting out these papers as Bruce schneir mentionned but none knows yet who is that person
