Grammar Softwares

Post by Dr-Chambers »

I have finished writing a book and I'm in contact with a PR agent to help me promote them. At first I wanted to pay for them to proof read, but was told by a friend that all these publishing or promotion companies use is a grammar software, they don't sit and read everything by themselves. I was told that I'll basically be paying them to use a software that I can use myself. This led me to using Grammarly, but I was wondering if there are any other grammar or proof reader softwares available.

I use Google Docs together with regular spellcheck in Chrome.
I tried Grammarly but didn't like it as they didn't allow me to import my whole book,
so found it easier to simply use Googles own tools.
