Anti Adblock Killer has been gone for a long time but I never gave up hope that someone would make a new repo for such a thing. Anyway, by chance I came across this one: https://github.com/bogachenko/fuckfuckadblock.

Filters for blocking pop-ups and anti-adblock bypass.

Which can be used with adblock plus and ublock origin without any issues.
