Is there any way you can bypass it?
i have tried:
1. proxy
2. using firefox from USB and proxy
3. using https://
every trick in the book for bypassing it
anyone that can help me bypass that?

TRY THIS METHOD
install proxy switcher from http://softarchive.net and hopster from www.hopster.com or just insert proxy ip and port to your browser for e.g 218.225.113.180 port 80 to opera tools->preferences->network->proxy server make sure you check(/) the checkbox. try to change domain name like www.google.com to ip like http://202.117.76.80/ convert domain to ip no using smartwhois download from http://softarchive.net... Happy bypass and try it/.\
