Ubuntu was extremely easy to install, it was essentially an automatic install on my laptop. It took me another day or so to get my video card/wifi working properly but that is because the support for my gfx card is rather dodgy. As far as installing Amarox, it's very easy with synaptics package manager..and it comes with Rythmbox which has mp3 support. Have you recently tried feisty fawn?Lyecdevf wrote:Actually Ubuntu is not that good for beginners and it does not come with Amarok or any other mp3 player as far as I know. However, I do agree that you should get some linux distro!
