If you cannot read English, I will explain further, it says (I will give it in layman terms):

You can take a live Linux CD and format the drive. To learn how to do so, you can read articles, which are plentiful on the internet by doing a search query. I suggest using the following query: http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=for ... arch&meta=

After you have read the tutorial, you can then follow the instructions and remove your Vista partitions.

Good Luck.

First rule:
Ask your self what op-system you wish to have installed. i.e Linux, Microsoft Windows® XP , Microsoft Vista®, or others not mentioned.

Second rule:
Gather the op-system disk and drivers needed [drives are often included with op system disk] Opitions include gathering other software i.e. Microsoft Word®, Nero, The Ole-mighty Anti-Virus® application and others not mentioned.

Third rule:
Turn on computer and enter BIOS making sure Boot order is correct, i.e. [Boot from CD-ROM first, hard disk second]

Fourth rule:
Insert op-system disk in CD-ROM and reboot machine. At this point you will negotiate through a menu of options. One being to format the hard disk. Others will include making partition/s. Linux Fedora® users are questioned on the type of install - i.e work station, server etc.

Follow rules accordingly, ask questions when stumped on a rule otherwise do as I do; mess things up so bad that you finally learn something®...
