hm, points to a software/driver problem, it´s hard to find anything but vtmman is a part of Philips`Trimedia application. deinstall the driver/hardware and the application, and make a fresh install after a reboot. um, and I really recommend to switch to 2000/NT on the next opportunity, it´s much more stable and reliable than 98. :wink:
