I'm not sure if you need just a boot disk that works with Win98, or an actual Win98 boot disk...

No matter I guess, bootdisk.com has them all, pretty much.

I suppose I should be more specific. I am after the files on a start up disk. the reason is that I own no computer that had a floppy disk so a auto instal is not possiable.

here is the list

Code: Select all

ASPI2DOS.SYS 35,330 System file
ASPI4DOS.SYS 14,386 System file
ASPI8DOS.SYS 37,564 System file
ASPI8U2.SYS 40,792 System file
ASPICD.SYS 29,620 System file
AUTOEXEC.BAT 1,103 MS-DOS Batch File
BTCDROM.SYS 21,971 System file
BTDOSM.SYS 30,955 System file
COMMAND.COM 93,890 MS-DOS Application
CONFIG.SYS 629 System file
DRVSPACE.BIN 68,871 BIN File
EBD.CAB 272,206 WinZip File
EBD.SYS 0 System file
EXTRACT.EXE 93,242 Application
FDISK.EXE 63,916 Application
FINDRAMD.EXE 6,855 Application
FLASHPT.SYS 64,425 System file
HIMEM.SYS 33,191 System file
IO.SYS 222,390 System file
MSDOS.SYS 9 System file
OAKCDROM.SYS 41,302 System file
RAMDRIVE.SYS 12,663 System file
README.TXT 14,764 Text Document
SETRAMD.BAT 1,416 MS-DOS Batch File
I figured it would be easy for some one to make me a boot disk. insert it into the floppy drive and copy all the flies off of it.

Looks like I will have to dust off the floppy drive in the garage and see if I cant get this to work.

Solved. Thanks for the links.

I got an old floppy installed and created the system that I have been working on for months.
