Video to iPod probs

My friend has an iPod and whenever she tries to put a video on it it never works. Why is this and how can she put them on it.

I think there is a software that you have to use to upload what ever you want on your i-phone, but I actually forgot what's the application name... I'm not an active user of i-phone.
Any way, try to trouble shoot your problem on google, maybe that will help.

its not an iphone problem its an ipod problem. she has googled the shit out of it and everything she finds sucks.

just find the appopriate ipod convert, they've one for every kind.
it'll convert from most standard media file types.

if cant handle a file type, i use media coder
