Hey guys. About an hour ago, we had a short power outage. It lasted about ten minutes, and i had the computer unplugged until the power came back on. When i tried to start it back up, it just gives me beeps. More specifically, long, low-tone beeps, in the order 1-3-2.
I looked in the manual, but it doesn't have any information for that beep code. I also looked on the website, same thing. Also, i don't get anything on my screen, not even the startup logo.
Any ideas?
Computer won't restart.

I assume from what you said gogeta that the power failure happened when the computer was on...
some times there might be a problem in the power supple unit of the system, thus any sudden electrical failure will directly affect the mother board ( along with all the sensitive electronic chips ) instead of being filtered out in the power supply.
This is only a thought though
hope that you find a solution to this problem

Well, i ended up taking the graphics card, sound card, ram, and hard drives out of the computer and putting them into the computer that hosts my web server. And, in all actuality, my web server actually has better specs.
Oh well, the computer was almost 9 years old anyway. ^_^
