Password Protected
I have an external HDD I'm wondering is it possible to have it password protected somehow? The entire drive is NTFS format.
Yes it is possible. There are free programs that can do it for you or you could pay for one if you really wanted to. A quick search online could give you more details.

Yeah I've used TrueCrypt before it's pretty nice, it just kind of seems like it's too much, but it doesn't really matter, I made a 5gb TrueCrypt container. I mounted it, but the next morning I had the BSOD (which I haven't gotten in a LONG time) so I don't know if the 2 are related or not. If I get another one I'll write down what it says.
