if the router is NAT converted is there any way to know the total host and the address of these of hosts behind the router?
please help..

in case of NAT: not possible, at least as long as the router is not catastrophically bad configured. the only way I see to discover hosts without scanning the whole IP-range would be to send a broadcast...but this only works for IPs in the same subnet as the one that send the broadcast. but depending on the (target) host configuration not all hosts really reply, and modern routers also block those requests because in the earlier days of computing such requests were often abused for DoS attacks.
