problem installing java ME

ok i downloaded java ME sdk 3.0 for windows XP
but each time i run the installer i get a box with a loadig bar
it says : configuring installer
then when the loading bar is full it disappear and nothing happens :S
i try to run it again it does the same thing but another box appear and it says : another instant of the installer is running... it;s recommended to run multiple ....

what could be the problem
and BTW same thing happens when i try to install netBeans IDE

hm, strange...are you sure you have picked the Java package that fits to your OS? maybe the install is successfully done and just no feedback is given? check it by entering "java -version" in the command line...

i already installed java JDK and it was successful
+ i picked the right one for my OS
