I didnt know how to define the subject of this post im sorry
Anyways i dont have a USB nor do i have a CD lol
I have heard of a software that you can download load a .iso and it will automatically install the OS into the hard drive so whenever you reboot you can select which operating system you want to use
I forgot the name of this software can anyone point me in the right direction

well to me it sounds like you want to use a boot loader like: grub (linux) or Windows boot manager or boot camp You can try to google these names...I have heard of a software that you can download load a .iso and it will automatically install the OS into the hard drive so whenever you reboot you can select which operating system you want to use

Woot I found it .... It was called UNEbutin something like that anyways im now offically on my hard drive BT4 WOOT NO MORE VMWARE lagging YAY
