This is where I found it:

For anyone who doesn't know how this works, in a 24bit bitmap each pixel is capable of storing 3bytes which corresponds to 3 characters. The guy wrote the code and then took the integer values of each character to set the colour of each pixel which then produces the code (and the bitmap header) when the image is opened in notepad
