Any Libaries or Headings?

Well... I have been looking around and notice that many of the winsocket (if not all) tutorials I have read you need to add to the linker the ws2_32.lib file. I looked around my harddisk for this and didnt find anything sadly. Would anyone know of a good place where I can download libary files and heading files for my Dev C++ compiler, programmnig in C++ btw. Thanks. ^^

Also, anyone knows of a good tutorial or thought on how to implement new heading files as well as libaries?
