Ok guys o know how to make the checkboxes...not quite as confident as to how to use them properly.
How would I code so as to be able to add/delete/select/deselect etc all of the values stored by the checkbox?
so like.....by ticking the checkbox you can select all members of suck-o which are staff members (not what Im trying to do...lol just to give an example)
and how would I be able to add and edit any additional values in the future?
