Well, I haven't really tried it, so can't say for sure that it's not doing what it should.

But it's a "virus creation kit" ... all AVs will identify it as something evil and nasty.
It wont be removed :)
And everything and anything that is downloaded from our download section, is used at your own risk ;)

I'm confused also... how is it that you would download a virus creation kit and believe that it WOULDN'T contain some viral code.

thanks for reporting anon.acidx, but like cats and lilrofl said already, files from that download category are most likely ALL picked up as virus, trojan horse, etc., so it's impossible to verify if it is infected or not without a complete analysis.
that's why there is the warning for the category:
Malicious construction kits for worms, viruses, etc.
Most likely all outdated, and we give no support or any guarantee for those files. For educational purposes only.
I highly recommend to test apps of that kind in a sandbox environment. :wink:

@ph0
well, I thought a while about it before I decided to put those file back into the downloads.
I think the good old "educational purposes" even really apply here, because the apps are all from the old days of computing and the danger for the public are about zero....the only danger is for the one that runs the apps on his own system.
I will add a more explicit warning to that download category. :wink:
