I was wondering if there is any program that can make video effects like the effects you seen o Photoshop? (like those seen in the videoclips on MTV?)

Same here , im looking for other movie maker other than windows movie maker . hopefully its user friendly like windows movie maker

and any got movie cutter? like you can cut a certain part etc?
