adobe fireworks

Did this come out recently because i can not find any basic tutorials on the web. I understand it is really similar to photoshop and there are plenty tutorials on photoshop, but then i dont know photoshop so it doesnt make any difference.

Let me know if you find basic tutorials on adobe fireworks.

Adobe Fireworks was previously known as Macromedia Fireworks until Adobe acquired Macromedia

So does adobe fireworks have anything to do with Adobe Photoshop cs3? Is it a new version or smth different?

and i did google fireworks tutorials

the thing about google is that you have to search
in a different way sometimes

like i wanted to know how to make a YouTube like flv converter when someone uploads it converts to flv on the server

and i googled "How to make a YouTube" and got the result
instead of googling "flv converter for server" which got crap for results
