[solved] archicad 7.0 installation help

does anyone use this that can give me some help. the program is for an architects and has loaded on other pc'c and even mine but wont load on one they have just purchased.(not off me =P) if so please say here and i woll run through the problem. i have regisered on the site of the software and sent the bug file but had no reasonable info. i have done all the updates possible from the site and still no help so any one with any info would be a bonus.

hm, can you provide any logfiles or are error messages displayed?

it was a problem with the registry
