Need your HElLP very FAST!

hello all,
i really need your help now xD
i organize a really big Party, and for the staff i will made some shirts that you see who is in the staff here...
so i have buy some of that shirts:

but in totaly black....

but now i need someone who design a logo for it.....

it should be in the front of it writen in white:
Johrgang 89

and the logo should be on the back;
a big circle and in the circle a man and/or 2 hands and in the hands a small fire and that all in totaly white.... XD

i know its not easy to make but i think you will make it good...
it should NOT be some graphix with loads of details, it should be very simple cause we press this of the shirt.. it only should looks totaly cool.. =)


so i cant give you something for you work, but if i take your graphiks i will post you pictures of the party and the crew, and you shirt will be seen on 1 of the biggest party site of nord-west switzerland...

so thanx a lot and have a nice day...
