been watching my favorite gaming show on TV today (Game One) and the guys introduced "Outlast"....cheap game available on Steam (about 25 bucks only) but very interesting concept: psychological horror without weapons, so all you can do is to run away and/or hide. usually not what I (as headshot fetishist) would play, but the setting was simply way too interesting for me for NOT getting it: it plays in a mental asylum (I love such places because they are creepy ).
so, after about 1 hour of gaming I can say: WHOAH! IT ROCKS! after about 10 minutes I was victim of a nasty shock effect that gave me the chills for at least 5 minutes...that's how I like it...
I can really recommend it, especially because it's a really good deal for the price...nothing for the faint hearted though:
