navigate to your disc, and where the prisma02.sys file is on that disc, then you need to do the -

sudo cp prisma02.sys /etc/ndiswrapper/prisma02/prisma02.sys

There is your problem, you need to put in the disc that came with the Wireless USB Key.

No, you said a disc came with your usb wireless card, right? You need to put that in, and copy the driver from it.
