Ok mo, can I give my honest opinion?
The "intro" screen what with the barbed wire and rubble KICKS MAJOR ASS, but the inside form with the gray/black background colour scheme hurt my eyes a little, I know that you were probably going for a stark contrast but I think the site would benefit with a lighter colour scheme.
Just my two cents. But not bad little buddy!

my opinion...take it as constructive criticism...
the intro page:
1)do you need it, what service is it performing?
2)do away with the gray, it looks dull against that yellow, yellow should stand out especially if its 'police/construction' tape, black may look better
3)pull the whole image/button down to be more centered
4)scale the image of the enter the warzone to fit within the button, stay proportional
the forum:
1)the theme is bland...straight up, do some custom styling add some graphic to the header, spice it up a bit...do you know how many forum sites are out there with dark themes...what is going to single yours out for the good?
2)make some custom forum/board buttons to reflect your theme...
3) be more creative with your board names and descriptions
Now i know this is a work in progress, start filling it with content of your own man, affiliate with some sites and youll start getting some traffic, but so far so good, you still have some work ahead of you.

First of all you get the visitor confused. The intro page says, "Enter the warzone." Which could mean a lot of things. Maybe it is a gaming site. However, than on the forum it says, "Were that Stealth."
You see what I am saying! Any one would get confused about what your website is about! I personally do not know so how would you expect some one who has never met you to understand what your website it about.
By the way did you pay for the hosting. I am just asking out of curiosity!

We will either find a way, or make one.

rule of thumb in web dev and running a website -
always create your site using a personal server on your home computer first, this way you can create the site, get all the styling, graphics, and any other such workings your site will inhibit finished for the most part - and then launch it, so your not spending money on histing when your site isnt even done.
domains names are alirght because they are relatively cheap and are registered yearly.
