well lets look at the possibility that perhaps the girl wanted to be cool and just did it for fun, and got mad because the guy showed some of his buddies, so she claims he made her do it to get back at the guy for her embarrassment, the news isnt always correct, sometimes its biased, especially in cases that involve sex or domestic disputes

i dont know how many people i know from my highschool days that got in trouble and their lives nearly ruined because when they were seniors that dated an underclasswoman (you know a freshman, sophmore, junior) and screwed them, and then you hear of them getting felonys and spending months in jail and having their picture up on a site that was created for serious offenders (most who have mental problems) for 10 or more years...

there is no profiling when it comes to a sex charge, and eventually thats going to arise a serious legal issue...

should an 18 year old guy have to pay thousands of dollars and spend months in jail plus have his picture on the web for 10 years, and have to tell people/employers hes a sex offender just because he had consensual sex with his 16 year old girlfriend? is that fair? i dont think it is, i think most of its bullshit, kids screwing kids...

To tell you the truth some chicks they just do it.

what would i do if i saw him?

i'd bash him till he screams and then ,make him tell me where the girl is,and make him appologise and let her kick the shit out of him,then i would take him into some firestairs at the shops or something and i would kick him down the stairs,this is all once he wakes up after i knocked him out with a punch or few,to the face,and temple

that fucker deserves to be but raped by 50 million gays to the point where he bleeds to death from his arse,i hate sexual predators,girl bashers etc..fucking hate em,they deserver to die of radiation poisoning at least...nasty

I say, the girl is ten times dumber than the guy. She has the choice to do it or not. I mean, she could of ended all contact with him, by deleting and blocking him (I assume they were communicating via MSN).
