Well, the PDF made a more sense than the other article I read about it. Sort of. At least until I got to the mathmatical equasions and matrices, then I got lost. I'll see if I can post a link to the PDF.

Yes the PDF is great. Here - http://arxiv.org/pdf/0711.0770
I become very fascinated when math is used as a tool for solving unknown questions. I feel that mankind continues to answer questions, yet still opening new ones; in this fog of complexities we call life.

Who says math has to be done with pen and paper? I use math in nearly all of my programs...

Fuck that you people hate math because you never had a good teacher. I was the same until i meet a great math teacher. This dude taught me how to twist, tweak and see patterns in equations that i never knew were there. I now love math and understand it.

He taught me how to hack math itself and how to understand the world through math.

I feel so nerdy now

Discrete mathematics is used is essentially every program. It's basic logic, or advanced logic. For boolean values are a form of discrete mathematics...the list can go on.

Wow, I just realized I made numerous mistakes in that post - Oh well, such things will occur when one goes to sleep at 5:30 and then rises at 9. >.<
