I would keep the logs and be logging my own complaint.

It is still before the estimated delivery date so maybe they will fly it in

They gave me free shipping. But if I knew their Fed Ex 2day shipping was this messed up, I would have gladly paid $8 to their Fed Ex Next Day plan (which is probably the 'real' 2day plan)

Then, I could have drove to the local store, but I didn't want to deal with people.
