Cigarette is causing me gum bleeding, please help

Every time I smoke, my gums bleed. Can anybody have a solution on this issue?
How do I stop bleeding? I don't smoke regularly. It's very rare. I smoke once in a year or maximum just 5 times a year.
Still, I don't want gum bleeds. Please help.

maybe simply don't smoke at all then? I don't see the point in smoking (and that after I have been smoking myself for almost 30 years until I stopped it a year ago), especially if you are obviously not addicted anyway.
but if you really have to (people holding a gun to your face and force you to) you should maybe pick not a brand that is perfumed more than a cheap hooker....maybe it's causing some kind of allergic reaction.

Maybe best to go to a dentist and check it out, bleeding gums are not a good thing AFAIK no matter what the cause is.

I do brush twice a day. Even after meals, I simply brush it.
My teeth are quite fragile, since I am born. Don't know how...
I'm just 24, and I already have 5 root canals, and 1 broken tooth... :'(
Don't know what the cause is...

Apart from this, how to take good care of the teeth?

brushing teeth is not always good, it depends on what you ate....if you had fruits you should wait 1hour before brushing teeth, because the fruit acid softens the tooth enamel, and brushing removes a lot of it then.
same for potatoe chips (and similar snacks), they also contain substances that soften the tooth enamel.

what is good for the teeth is green tea, it contains natural fluoride which helps to fix micro damages, and also a lot of other really healthy substances. I have just 2 broken teeth, and I treated my teeth REALLY bad for years when I was younger...I also haven't seen a dentist since almost 30 years.....so I am sure my green tea habit (since more than 10 years) helped a lot with that.

I do not overeat. I immediately wash my mouth wid water after d meals... ANd if u walk about dentists, i visit my dentist at least once a year... :'(

and well, I wouldn't overrate this man, it's genetics....like some people bruise easily and others don't. nothing to worry about.
