I definitely will as soon as I see it, we have a specialized fish shop in the city that surely has it, sadly I don't make it there too often. what I also definitely want to try is Lutfisk.

Lutefisk is practically a delicacy here in Wisconsin. In fact it was everywhere just recently because they have a huge Syttende Mai (Norwegian National Day) celebration in a town south of where I live. I would ship some to you, but sadly it won't stay fresh in the mail, and besides didn't you already learn your lesson that time you drank the sauerkraut juice? come ooon....I have to try everything once...in the name of science!
I know it is supposed to smell really bad, but that actually does not mean it also tastes bad.....I mean, some of my favorite cheese also needs to be wrapped AND put into a tupperware box to keep the fridge away from intoxication...
