Android 4.4 not working in S4

I have Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9500. I have Jelly-Bean on my phone. Although Samsung have released updates for Kitkat, it is still not available for my country. There were two firmwares, INS and INU. I installed it INU first, but couldn't see any changes. I then installed INS. Still, no luck.

I downloaded latest firmware of Android Kitkat from:

Installed it properly using ODIN 3. Got the PASS message also.

But I didn't see Kitkat features anywhere. What to do? Any help would be appreciated.

Check "about phone" and see that it's really the right version.

I checked it too. It is showing 4.4.

I have a working 4.4 and can verify it for you if you want.

I cannot see any of the features listed in above three links.

I am using Nova launcher. I thought because of Nova launcher I am not getting Kitkat features. So, I uninstalled it and again tried. Still, the same old 4.3 features
