ryan1918 forums activeX?

Post by ebrizzlez »

Well... recently I have been browsing for other forums to join.. and found a link to

Code: Select all

http://www.ryan1918.com/
. And well... when I entered the forum, i was browsing around and then a popup came and redirected me to System Doctor site.. Knowing about malicous Active X features from my old box, I remember the same kind of attack preformed on me. Can someone please explain why would that site redirect me to system doctor and premot me to download it. Hasnt anyone seen this before? Is there a way around it? Thanks.

Well... it doesnt popup all the time, it seems to be when I press the back button to the home page... then sometimes it may popup.
