Any1 got mod exam?

Hello , im going to start moderators application in my forum , and i was wondering if you guys got any "moderators exam" out there?
my forum is about online games and lil rl chat... =]

i got something like this

Accepted applications:
a. a good application.
b. a detailed application.
c. clear information stated.

A decent application but doesn't mean it will pass my approval processes would be

Name:
Age: Why I would like to know age groups of staff I'm talking to.
Experiences: state what you want to learn.
Why should AIO Games hire you: best bet is to list detail reason why.
Comments: say anything you want here.

Why your application was decline?
it sucks
it doesn't contain enough information stating why should I hire you.

i would like to have some test i think? lol dunnoe xD maybe i should just hire a couple of RLS?

no we haven't. we simply have an eye on the users, and when somebody posts outstanding answers and is generally an active member we talk about it in a staff meeting. if it's ok for every staff member (it's inevitable that all staff members get along with each other) the user will be contacted and offered a staff position. a test is not bad, but better a user with not that much knowledge but respect on the boards than an uber1337 one which annoys the users with bad behavior....

well its very simple

1. Should be active

2. Should be good and liked

3. Acts in a mature fashion

4. Has Moderated before (or willing to learn and a quick learner)

track a member down

and also if i ever make a site with a forum and such

the people who beg me for being mods wont be mods

you can post the link as long as it don't directly lead to warez or warez links.
