I need a lawyer here.

I know one of you are a lawyer here. Not sure which one so I will ask here, for some free legal advice. So last night was Canada day, we got really drunk and apparently really noisy, as per everyone around the city. Anyway, we where tossed a $250 fine for a noise complaint and on the ticket instead of spelling the city "Fredericton" they spelled it F-ton, is that considered a spelling mistake and legal terms for it being thrown out? Help would be appriciated.

Talk to baron Samedi I think he knows more about those laws, besides how loud where u guys?. and was the cop alone? if so the ticket isnt valid.
