Well, pretty sure is not a valid answer. How are you sure of this? Any security based evidence to ensure this? Are you encrypting data on your own side, before you connect to the VPN host? Basic security principal is CIA - Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability - read on this model, learn it and then apply it. (However, some would argue this method ineffective - but it's still often used today.)
