I would even get one (usually I am not a real friend of Apple), but in germany you can iphones only together with a T-Com contract....this crappy company was the reason why I spent years on dial-up...

They are significantly cheaper now, with contract $200 for At & T
its not bad considering my Chocolate costed 170.

I did the math for the Dutch version which is also T-Mobile.

the lowest monthly rate is 30 Euro's for a 24 month period, which is 720 euros in 2 years, and u need to pay an extra 160 for the phone itself (which goes for free with a higher subscription).

so I am really debating with myself to get one. as it works extremely well with my macbook pro, and the mobile me service (which works fine unlike the news in the public)
