A Magazine Software

Post by Dr-Chambers »

Hey room afternoon,

Allow me to know but does anyone know of any good magazine software?A software that puts everything into magazine structure and format giving it that professional look.

A software where pictures and writtings can be on the same page and where pictures can be made larger to fit two pages.Feel good enough to let me know.....

Thank you very much.

Thank you very much Big-E but the plan is to have the magazine up for purchase.

Was told that Adobe Page Maker would be a good software to use.Your thoughts on this?

you can set up an online shop by using wordpress too, here's a good plugin:

you can not just sell regular stuff with it, you can also sell files that can be downloaded after purchase...

I think we are mistaken bad_brain, I think he wants to make PRINT media - I fooled first myself, then you..my bad.

I think what he is looking for is - http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/
I had a bit of experience with it a few years ago when I worked at the College, there was a Journalism course and I had to set up computers/fix them, they were taught using this software to do layouts.

ewww....I hate it when I see a "buy" button on a software site...
I've read an article about a similar software in a Linux mag, free and open source, it's worth a try: http://celtx.com/
