The attached manual was located by the Manchester (England) Metropolitan Police during a search of an al Qaeda member’s home. The manual was found in a computer file
described as “the military series” related to the “Declaration of Jihad.” The manual was translated into English and was introduced earlier this year at the embassy bombing trial in New York.

I would like to take a look at this sometime when i get the chance but not at the present moment. I know a few Asian people and live in an area where we have to communicate to a level. If i was to get caught with this at the present place i am staying i would be done for treason. It would take once for me to be accused of conspiracy just through contact. i will wait till i am in a more secure location or just before i move.
