Is there an Acronym Or an abbreviation kind of like RTFM for google
like GSG Go Search Google or something if not we should start one

maybe the acronym should be USES - Use a Search Engine Stupid ?
naw, RTFM - also includes using a search engine. You see back in the 'old' days, we actually had to go look for the actual book. Sometimes we searched directories for txt files, perhaps the basis behind a 'google' search engine.
we should carry on the use of RTFM and explain it as it applies today to the n00bs.
