Often they are retarded. they dont know how to handle a computer.
so if you need to ask them some details. they usually respond with: what? or I don't know?

but IMO,
it'd much better if they could add the Operating System Architecture (x86 or x64) and Memory Size(RAM) as details in this one bcoz with my line of job as a software tech support it is always important to note of the architecture and RAM.
