the annual NAHBS (north american handmade bicycle show) is a place where you can see all kinds of enthusiasts showing their cool, futuristic, nifty of plain weird builds:

Well someone took a lot of time to put into the paint job alone.

yeah, fatbikes are becoming pretty popular, even Ritchey (a big player in the bike scene and usually all about fast bikes with more skinny tires) presented one on NAHBS.

here's my new bike btw, will (hopefully) pick it up next week, pic taken on a test drive I took last saturday:

3.8 inch tires, the widest one I know are 4.7...almost more important though is the height of the tires, the rims have 26 inch but with the fat tires you actually run on 29 inch wheels... :)

and good news everyone...I will pick up my bike today... \:D/

i bett you can go pretty fast with those dimensions ^.- specialy in the corners that width will give you a lot of grip control.
