Not strictly Anime/Manga, but it's a very neat site for all sorts of web comics.
I read loads of stuff here and I highly recommend for anyone, whether you're chilling in the sofa at home during a rainy day or sitting under a tree out on a field in the summer

I semi-actively (it comes right after a show I watch during lunch) started to watch "super kickers 2006"....which is pretty hilarious because it's somewhat totally bizarre...
