MicroData - Page contains property error

I am running in to the following errors using MicroData with the HTML in the code bin.

Error: Page contains property "addresscountry" which is not part of the schema.
Error: Page contains property "addressregion" which is not part of the schema.
Error: Page contains property "addresslocality" which is not part of the schema.
Error: Page contains property "streetaddress" which is not part of the schema.
Error: Page contains property "postalcode" which is not part of the schema.

I can't seem to get this to work any ideas would be great.

I'll fiddle with this as soon as I am back from my little vacation too, want to implement it on a couple of sites. seems it will take a bit to adopt it when you are used to plain good old html4...
