Looking for some feedback.

Before I buy hosting and all that jazz, I am created a website so I can deploy it as soon as I get my domain. Anyway, I currently fooled around for a couple hours with a stylesheet and found out the layout I want. It will be coded in php, but for the time being is in html cause ti was quicker. The link is http://www.mattdelong4.110mb.com. Check it out, tell me what to improve.

looks good yet, reminds me a little of Xoops...... :-k
